Loss Weight
I feel great since I loss 5 lbs weight for two weeks because I only eat 3 tablespoon of rice at night and if I do eat bread and pasta I eat less. When I am hungry at night instead having heavy snack. I eat cereal fiber one and fruits which is really help my hungry. I'm also walk at least 3 times a week 30-45 minutes each day. My target to loss another 10lbs hopefully with the supplement of the diet pills, but I had to talk to my doctor first before I take any diet supplement.
